Share your winter stories!
The winter of 2018-19 was a bit interesting, and we’ve already reached major flood stage on the Redwood River. A historic winter and spring should be documented and saved for future generations (and collected together to terrify friends and relatives in other states and countries). Help us remember what it was like!
We’re looking for your photos, videos, and stories about this winter and spring in SWMN and surrounding regions.
You may have already posted them on Facebook, but we want to put everything in one spot: https://swmnwinter18-19.tumblr.com/. Everything you submit will appear on that blog, and the blog will be archived as part of a bigger digital collection (https://archive-it.org/collections/11925) that will bring together news articles, MnDOT & NOAA announcements, and your experiences.
Share your experiences at swmnwinter18-19.tumblr.com.
Info on how to submit is available on the blog: https://swmnwinter18-19.tumblr.com/help Have more questions? Send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call the Marshall library (507-537-7003) and ask for Emilirose.
