Intro to Dungeons & Dragons (POSTPONED)
November 9, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

As part of International Games Week, the Marshall-Lyon County Library will be hosting a family-friendly introductory session of Dungeons & Dragons. This game will be great for brand new players or players unfamiliar with the 5th edition of Dungeons & Dragons. It will introduce you to game mechanics like dealing with physical obstacles, social interactions, and combat.
No need to prepare a character, either! We’ll have a variety of premade “Level 0” characters for you to use in the campaign.
This session will be conducted via Zoom. Be aware that it will make use of the chat function, so you will need to use a computer or a device that will let you type to participate. Registration is required. To register, follow this link: https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJYld-Gpqz0uHtZ8uwAGJMycg46w4o0QraA4

Feel free to eat or snack as we game! This is a short intro, but it’s hard to time a tabletop gaming session. It may last as little as half an hour. We expect to be done well before 8 pm.
