Need help with a computer or other digital technology question? Literacy Volunteers of SWMN provide technology assistance at the Marshall library on Fridays from 3-5 pm in the Technology Classroom.

Volunteer tutors can assist with:
  • Basic computer use
  • Setting up an email account or other online registrations
  • Internet safety tips
  • Introduction to MS-Office and similar programs available on Google Drive
  • Learning about computer resources at the library, including NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessments
  • Other tech needs you have
If your question involves a portable device of your own, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, please bring that device with you. Please also be sure you have the passwords you need to access your device or related online service.
There is no need for an appointment. Lab space is limited to 10 people at a time.
