Preserving the Harvest

Stephanie Bethke-DeJaeghere, Master Gardener, will present “Preserving the Harvest” at the Marshall library. This course features general food preservation concepts including dehydrating, canning, freezing, jams & jellies, fermentation, and pickling. It is meant to brush up on the rules of home food preserving for those who have been using any of the methods or to provide a general outline on how to get started in home food preservation.
