Using BiblioBoard

BiblioBoard is a digital library platform hosting numerous ebook libraries. It’s the home of Ebooks Minnesota and MN Writes MN Reads Indie Minnesota, as well as a few other openly-available ebook collections. Ebooks Minnesota is a collection of ebooks from Minnesota-based publishers, including Flux, Lerner, Milkweed Press, and the University of Minnesota Press. It contains ebooks for all ages and across a variety of genres and study topics. MN Writes MN Reads Indie Minnesota is a curated collection of ebooks by independent and local Minnesota writers across the state.

Available to all of Minnesota.

Ebooks Minnesota and related MN collections can be browsed/streamed by anyone with a MN IP address or a MN library card. Full access, including downloading books for offline use, is available to anyone with a MN library card. If you’re currently within Minnesota but can’t access Ebooks Minnesota or MN Writes MN Reads,  try the suggestions at this link.

No checkout limit.

You can read online or download as many Ebooks MN books as you like. There are no due dates.

Apps for Android, iOS, and Amazon.

You can use BiblioBoard and its libraries on your computer or on most Apple and Android smartphones and tablets, as well as newer Amazon Fire tablets. Books in the BiblioBoard library can be read via web browser on a computer and can be read or downloaded for offline reading via the mobile apps.

By default, the EBooks MN link will open the Ebooks MN for Schools collection. You can use the Menu to navigate to other collections.
